Qualified Yoga Therapist Natasha Whelan will talk about the benefits of yoga in helping to manage your symptoms but will also take us through a guided breathing practice, simple yoga movements, and meditation practice. These practices are designed to help alleviate discomfort, promote relaxation, and help support emotional balance during menopause.
